Born in '76. Has a soft spot for disco.
And the original Heatwave song "Boogie Nights" is #1.
Grew up in Ballard, a part of Seattle,
in the U.S. of A. Lived there all his life.
Born naturally gifted in music, or as some suggest,
unnaturally gifted. So many instruments to choose from,
he spent half his adolescence trying to figure
out which ones to play (and still hasn't decided).
Academically speaking,
he probably could've turned professor but it
wasn't in his bones.
Settled for an undergrad degree. Turned off
by the big machine telling him what he
needed to have a normal life. Loves city culture.
Appreciates country life. Has a strong Christian
faith. Moved to the west coast of Norway the
week after 9/11. Been doing volunteer work
with an intl. missions organization ever since.
Summer of 2005 got married to an authentic Norwegian girl and released his debut album.
Fall of 2007 became a father.
And now is exploring the frontiers of mixing and production.
